Job Summary
St Peters Hospice is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner toprovidestrategic financial insightchallengeand support across theorganisation. This role offers the opportunity to influence key decisions while helping deliver outstanding hospice care across theSouth West.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Finance you will lead budgeting forecasting business casedevelopmentand performance reporting while partnering with senior managers and budget holders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgets and forecasts.
Deliver insightful management information and variance analysis.
Develop financial business cases and impact assessments.
Support fundraising appealstendersand grant applications.
Produce cashflow forecasts and support investment decisions.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
About You
Qualified ACA ACCA CIMA or equivalent QBE with strong business partnering experience advanced Excelskillsand the ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Location: Flexible with offices in Brentry (BS10) and Long Ashton (BS41)
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
Hours: Part-time 22.5 hours per week (3 days per week 7.5 hours per day)
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract for 12 months
