Finance Business Partner

This is a hybrid role. As a Finance Business Partner youll work closely with leaders across Retail Operations Property Procurement and Corporate Functions helping them understand performance manage costs and make informed decisions.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial and Financial Management this is an opportunity to join a newly formed team where youll have real visibility meaningful ownership and the chance to help shape how we partner with the business in the future.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Partnering with stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight and challenge
• Leading budgeting forecasting and reforecasting activities
• Analysing performance identifying risks and opportunities and making a meaningful impact
• Supporting cost optimisation initiatives and commercial decision-making
• Translating complex financial information into clear recommendations
• Delivering reporting and insights that improve business performance

Qualifications :

You dont need to come from betting and gaming. Were interested in finance professionals who can bring commercial thinking curiosity and strong stakeholder management skills.

Youll likely have:

• Experience in Finance Business Partnering FP&A Commercial Finance or Management Accounting in a large complex business.
• Strong budgeting forecasting and variance analysis experience
• Experience in influencing and challenge stakeholders at different levels
• Proven experience analysing large volumes of data
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems
• A professional accounting qualification (ACA ACCA CIMA) or exam finalist.
