Join our Fantastic Finance team and play a key role in driving business performance across the business. As a Finance Business Partner you will work closely with both Finance and Operational stakeholders providing commercial insight financial challenge and strategic support to help drive informed decision-making and achieve business objectives.

In this role you will take ownership of budgeting and rolling forecasts ensuring accuracy while supporting the wider Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Youll develop a strong understanding of your designated business areas identifying key cost drivers trends risks and opportunities to improve performance. By analysing financial results and translating data into meaningful insights youll help stakeholders make commercially sound decisions that deliver value.

You will be responsible for producing and presenting month-end reporting providing clear commentary and analysis on financial performance and working with cost owners to ensure effective cost control. Partnering with finance and non-finance teams youll contribute to business cases support management reporting and identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working across the organisation.

What were looking for:

• Qualified Finance professional.
• Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner Management Accountant or similar commercial finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience of budgeting forecasting financial modelling and performance reporting.
• Confident building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels both finance and non-finance.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving improvements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge.
