This role is offered as a 12-month fixed term contract
Core Responsibilities
Own the financial performance reporting for AMS &EMEA store operations ensuringaccurateand insightful monthly P&L updates and executive-level reporting
Coordinate the quarterly portfolio review process acrossAMS & EMEA including analysing sales and profitabilitydrivers.
Interpret and analyse datatrendsand patterns in datasets to provide insights and recommendations on how tooptimizespend and improve global Stores performance.
Provide support and governance on stores bonus payout calculations andmethodology.
Business partner with stores team tounderstand challengeand estimate productivity initiatives.
Present ad-hoc analytical work (insights /recommendations) to business stakeholders to influencethe key store decision making processes.
Support Senior Finance Manager for LBR storeswith strategicpartnering projects supporting the LBR AMS & EMEA teams
Develop andoptimizeefficiency and quality ofstores financialand non-financial reporting

LEGO Retail Finance consists of 20 colleagues based acrossEurope the US and Asia. You will report into theSenior FinanceBusiness Partner for LBR Store Operations (who reportsto the Stores Finance Director).
Newly or part qualified in either CIMA or ACCA.
Experience working within the finance area in a globalorganisation. This includes experience withincommercial financeand business partnering.
Strong communicationand collaboration skills
Organised and structured way of working.
Analytical approach enjoying getting to the route ofissues andmaking improvements.
Proficient in ExcelSAPand PowerPoint.
Finance experiencefrom a large businessretail is a bonus.
Speak and write English at a sophisticated level.
Strong communicationskills both written and verbal
