As Finance Assistant you will support the Finance team in maintaining the accuracy integrity and efficiency of the hotels financial operations. You will play a key role in ensuring financial records reporting and transactions are processed with precision contributing to a wellorganised and compliant finance function within a luxury hospitality environment. This role is ideal for a detaildriven and analytical individual who takes pride in accuracy organisation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Check figures postings and documents to ensure accuracy and correct coding
- Maintain and organise financial records files and documentation in line with company policies
- Input update and analyse financial data within accounting systems and spreadsheets
- Prepare and maintain financial reports including accounting auditing and statistical data
- Support periodend closing procedures and ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare review and reconcile invoices billing statements and account records
- Assist with tracking and monitoring financial transactions and variances
- Ensure all financial information is recorded accurately and securely
- Support auditing and reporting processes where required
- Respond to internal and external financerelated queries professionally and in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information at all times
- Work collaboratively with departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Follow all company policies procedures and compliance standards

- Previous experience in a finance accounting or administrative role ideally within hospitality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
- Strong organisational and timemanagement skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
