Job Summary

Description

  • Rendering of quality cash- book administration.
  • Import and capture bank statements on financial system.
  • Sending daily bank statements to Institutes for allocations.
  • Timeous and accurate processing of cash book transactions.
  • Follow up on unknown deposits.
  • Ensuring adherence to ARC financial procedures.
  • Ensuring that cash- book records are kept in a secure place.
  • Accurately and timeously do bank reconciliation on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Accurate allocation to customer account
  • Timeous and accurate settlement of petty cash advances and claims.
  • Forward pay card statements to Institutes.
  • Process petty cash transactions on financial system.
  • Prepare petty cash reconciliations.
  • Reimbursements of petty cash claims.
  • Handling audit requests.
  • Monthly Reconciliation and resolving all unreconciled and prior year items.
Requirements
  • Three-year Degree or National Diploma in Accounting.
  • Two (2) to three (3) years experience in finance.
  • Computer literate with advanced proficiency in the Microsoft office suite.
  • Strong communication skills both (Written & verbal).
  • Proven customer care experience with and excellent client liaison skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to work act with tact and discretion.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
