Location: Northampton Brewery Hybrid ( 3 days a week on site)

Job Length: Permanent Full Time (35 hours)

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner 1664 Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks Carlsberg Britvics brands include J2O Robinsons Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX 7UP Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.

About the role:

We are now recruiting for a Finance Analyst Production to join our Brewery Production Finance Team. This role will help improve financial performance and provide insight across our manufacturing operations.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of monthly management accounts including journals accruals and prepayments
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes including data gathering and model updates
• Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and cost control support
• Maintain and improve financial models reports and data accuracy (Excel/BI tools)
• Support audit compliance and internal controls ensuring accurate and reliable reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements in reporting and analysis
• Ensure financial processes are followed and documented particularly around production spend investment approvals and cost allocations
• Assist the Finance Manager with ad-hoc projects

Experience and Key Attributes:

• Part CIMA Qualified or the equivalent is desired
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or supply chain finance role
• Well-organized with the ability to solve problems and deliver practical solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled at analysing complex data simplifying key findings and presenting clear recommendations
• Ability to work effectively across production groups and help improve day-to-day operations
• Knowledge and experience in SAP
• Proficient Excel skills and comfortable handling large volumes of data
