Field Team Resourcing Manager

Location: National

Salary: Competitive

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday

Were looking for an experienced Field Team Resourcing Manager to lead the end-to-end resourcing onboarding and compliance of field teams across our Infrastructure division. Youll manage our Resourcing Coordinator and work closely with internal teams and agency partners to ensure we have the right people fully compliant and ready to work. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys recruitment relationship building and improving processes.

What youll do;

  • Lead national attraction and engagement campaigns for field teams across the UK and Ireland.

  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding ensuring new starters are fully compliant and operationally ready.

  • Manage right-to-work medical compliance and pre-employment checks.

  • Line-manage and develop the Resourcing Coordinator.

  • Manage relationships and performance with agency and contractor partners.

  • Own Skillko data access and user support ensuring information remains accurate.

  • Monitor resourcing compliance and training activity through regular reporting.

  • Review and improve resourcing and onboarding processes to increase efficiency.

  • Use supplier performance data to identify and drive improvements.

What were looking for;

  • Experience in field-based resourcing or recruitment ideally within an operational or service environment.

  • Experience running recruitment events engagement campaigns or roadshows.

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

  • Good understanding of recruitment compliance and onboarding processes.

  • Confident using digital systems and managing data.

  • Highly organised proactive and process-driven.

  • Experience managing or developing a direct report.

  • Ability to work with agency labour contractors or supplier partners.

Desirable:

  • HR or Recruitment background.

  • Experience managing agency or contractor relationships.

  • Knowledge of quality health & safety or regulatory requirements within field operations.

  • Experience with supplier performance management or scorecards.
