Job Summary
Talentmark are recruiting for a Field Service Representative to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
180 to 230 per day PAYE or 245.27 to 305.06 per day Umbrella.
Field Service Representative Role:
- Support customers using lab testing equipment.
- Fix technical problems quickly and keep machines running.
- Reduce equipment downtime as much as possible.
- Help with software and IT issues on site.
- Train lab staff on how to use the equipment.
Your Background:
- A biomedical science degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Good knowledge of the diagnostics industry.
- Experience supporting a hospital lab or similar diagnostics setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

This is a remote role and youll need to live in or near Devon. Youll cover 3 hospitals in the region. Some travel is needed further afield including occasional visits to Burgess Hill. Overnight stays away from home may be needed now and then but not regularly.
