Through our Rotating Equipment Services division we deliver world-class maintenance repair and upgrade solutions for critical turbomachinery including steam turbines industrial gas turbines aeroderivatives and large compressors. Our Services team specializes in ensuring the reliability and longevity of rotating equipment and turbomachinery assets for customers in oil & gas power generation and industrial sectors.

As a Field Service Engineer you will be at the forefront of delivering these solutions. Working on rotating equipment across diverse client sites worldwide youll ensure critical assets operate at peak performance.

Location:Flexible Can be based anywhere in the UK

Travel:Domestic and international travel both onshore and offshore

Key Responsibilities

• Install remove repair commission and maintain rotating equipment onshore and offshore.

• Dismantle inspect and report on equipment condition using standard field service documentation.

• Compile detailed inspection and commissioning reports liaising with internal teams and clients.

• Reassemble and test equipment following engineering best practices and OEM standards.

• Ensure compliance with client and company safety procedures at all times.

• Provide professional client interaction to minimize downtime and maintain strong relationships.

What Were Looking For

• Were seeking a time-served mechanical engineer with proven practical experience in the maintenance and overhaul of rotating equipment

• Flexibility and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally including offshore assignments.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in challenging environments.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and delivering solutions under pressure.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
