Were partnering with a growing technology consultancy looking for an IT Field Engineer to become the trusted face of IT for a portfolio of professional services clients. Youll spend four days a week onsite with clients (typically Z1) or at the Farringdon office building relationships solving technical challenges and helping organisations get the most from their technology.

This opportunity would suit an experienced 2nd Line Engineer particularly from an MSP environment whos ready to step into a more client-facing role. Youll be working across Microsoft 365 Windows environments networking and cloud technologies supporting users while becoming a genuine trusted advisor to your customers.

The business has built a strong reputation through referrals invests heavily in training and development and has a genuine culture of promoting from within. Theyre particularly interested in people who are committed to continuous learning. Microsoft certifications are highly valued whether thats existing certifications or evidence that youre actively working towards them and youll be supported with ongoing training and funded exams.

Youll likely have:

• Experience in a 2nd Line Support IT Support Engineer or MSP environment
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Exposure to networking technologies and infrastructure support
• Microsoft certifications (or a genuine desire to achieve them)
