Job Summary
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate organised and experienced Field Care Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality care in the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field supporting care staff and ensuring clients receive safe person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct client assessments reviews and reassessments in line with care plans
Supervise support and mentor care workers in the field
Carry out spot checks supervisions and observations of care staff
Ensure care delivery meets regulatory company and quality standards
Act as a point of contact for clients families and care staff
Support onboarding training and competency assessments of new carers
Accurately document visits reports and follow-up actions
Respond to concerns incidents or changes in client needs promptly
Take part in on call duties
What Were Looking For
Previous experience in a supervisory role within health or social care
Strong knowledge of person-centred care and safeguarding practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
A caring professional and supportive approach to leadership
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Ideally relevant care qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or above) or equivalent or working towards
