Field Application Engineer, UK Reconeyez

• Deliver technical training product demonstrations and onboarding for dealers and integration partners
• Support field deployments including pilot programs and high-profile installations
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations between Reconeyezs cloud platform and third-party systems
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware connectivity and software
• Act as a technical escalation point and coordinate with internal teams
• Partner with Sales to support pre-sales activities and customer presentations
• Provide hands-on support when required while guiding partners
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering
• Maintain documentation in Pipedrive and Atlassian tools
• Travel extensively (50%) across the UK.

What You Bring

• 3 years in a technical customer-facing role
• Experience with hardware systems and networking
• Familiarity with VMS or monitoring platforms
• Experience with integrations and troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
