• Collaborate with R&D Operations and Commercial teams to scale adoption worldwide

• Extensive experience in bioprocessing biologics CDMOs or advanced therapeutics

• A proven track record of launching innovative technologies and taking them to commercial success

• Strong commercial and financial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset

• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive influencing skills

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment with significant international travel
