What youll be doing:

• The people we support have various disabilities such as learning disabilities mental health needs or complex needs with some behaviours perceived to be challenging.
• This isnt just any role; it greatly impacts the lives of the people we support.
• Youll support on a 1-1 2-1 or shared basis promoting independence and to gain confidence within the community and in their own home.
• Working to maintain a high level of support thats required for the service needs.
• Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
• Driving is preferred but not essential.
• This role is within a domiciliary service based within the home and community.
