Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Teach a broad range of sports and physical activities to a high standard.
Assess monitor and track student progress effectively.
Differentiate lessons to meet the needs and abilities of all learners.
Create a positive purposeful and inclusive sporting environment.
Contribute to curriculum planning and the development of high-quality PE resources.
Support extracurricular clubs fixtures competitions and wider sporting opportunities.
Encourage students to develop teamwork leadership resilience and confidence.
Participate fully in departmental meetings parents evenings and wider school activities.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
A degree in Physical Education Sports Science or a related subject (2:2 accepted).
QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Experience teaching PE across KS3 and KS4.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Good subject knowledge across a range of sports and physical activities.
A passion for encouraging participation and raising achievement in PE.
A commitment to inclusion high standards and continuous improvement.
The ability to contribute enthusiastically to extracurricular sport and school competitions.
