  Key Information
  Pay Rate: 14 per hour

  Experience: No experience needed full training shadowing provided
  Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
  Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
  Mileage Options:

  Mileage Rate: Higher hourly pay claim mileage separately via HMRC

  Non-Mileage Rate: Slightly lower pay mileage paid through payroll

  Please note: Due to the personal care needs of our female clients this role is open to female applicants only as permitted under Schedule 9 Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 (Genuine Occupational Requirement).

  What Youll Be Doing
  

  As a Community Care Assistant youll make a real difference in peoples lives by:

  • Providing person-centred home care
  • Supporting with meals medication and daily tasks
  • Offering companionship & emotional support
  • Helping with appointments shopping & social outings
  • Promoting independence dignity and wellbeing
  • Supporting male and female clients with personal care (this can include but is not limited to: Bathing toileting dressing feeding etc)
