Job Summary
As a Food & Beverage Team Member you are responsible for delivering excellent customer service across the hotels food and beverage outlets. Duties include welcoming guests taking food and drink orders serving meals and beverages preparing restaurant and bar areas maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene processing payments replenishing stock and ensuring guests receive a friendly and efficient service in line with the hotels standards.
Qualifications :
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly professional and approachable manner.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible approach to working shifts including evenings weekends and public holidays.
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and transactions.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety procedures (training provided where required).
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support colleagues.
