F&B Team Leader (evenings)

Job Purpose:
To support the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel bar ensuring excellent guest service high operational standards and a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the bar team during daily operations and service.
• Ensure guests receive friendly professional and efficient service.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures including cash handling and stock checks.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness 
• Presentation hygiene and health & safety.
• Prepare and serve drinks in line with hotel standards and responsible service requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and minimise waste and breakages.
• Train coach and support team members to improve performance and service standards.
• Deal confidently with guest requests feedback and complaints.
• Ensure all bar procedures and hotel policies are followed.
• Support the F&B Manager with the smooth running of the department and act as a role model for the team.

Qualifications :

Key Skills & Experience:

• Previous bar or F&B experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident organised and able to lead a team.
• Good knowledge of drinks and bar service.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy hotel environment.
• Professional attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
