About You

Family-Focused Youll work directly with children young people and families to understand their needs and create tailored plans that improve outcomes.
Collaborative Youll work closely with schools partner agencies and other professionals to deliver joined-up support.
Empathetic & Resilient Youll bring sensitivity creativity and determination to help families overcome challenges and thrive.

What Youll Do

  • Hold a caseload of families and deliver personalised evidence-based interventions.
  • Undertake early help assessments and co-produce action plans with families.
  • Work as part of a Team Around the Family to provide seamless support.
  • Maintain accurate records and apply analysis to justify decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with families and professionals to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Work flexibly including occasional evenings and weekends to meet family needs.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Level 3 qualification or substantial experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience of working directly with children young people and families.
  • Strong assessment planning and critical reflection skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safeguarding equality and health and safety.
