Location: Manchester

Salary: 105000 to 155000 (plus bonus)

Our client is looking to strengthen their Family offering with a senior hire in Manchester. This is a growth role with the scope to build a team over time and develop a strong sustainable practice in the local market.

Youll have flexibility around the mix of family work you focus on and youll be supported to recruit as the practice grows.

What Youll Be Doing

• Leading and growing the Family offering from Manchester

• Building and maintaining a client following developing new relationships and strengthening existing ones

• Shaping the service line including the type of work you focus on and how the team is built

• Supporting recruitment activity as the practice expands including mentoring and developing new joiners

• Contributing to business development and market-facing activity to raise the firms profile in Manchester

What Were Looking For

• Strong family law experience at a senior level with the credibility to lead a practice

• A following and a track record of generating work in the Manchester market (or the ability to build it quickly)

• Commercial mindset and confidence in business development

• Leadership capability including the ability to recruit mentor and develop a team

• Professional approachable communication style and a genuine commitment to client care
