Salary: 23000 to 29000

Experience: Family law paralegal experience preferred

Our client is looking to recruit a Family Law Paralegal to join a busy and supportive family team.

This role would suit someone who enjoys client contact is comfortable handling sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism and wants to build a long-term career in family law.

What Youll Be Doing

• Supporting fee earners across a range of private family matters

• Assisting with file progression from initial instruction through to conclusion

• Drafting correspondence attendance notes and court documents (with supervision)

• Preparing bundles and supporting hearing preparation

• Liaising with clients courts counsel and other third parties

• Managing deadlines and keeping files accurate well-organised and up to date

• Undertaking legal research and supporting case strategy preparation where needed

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience in a family law paralegal role is preferred

• Strong written communication and excellent attention to detail

• A calm empathetic and professional approach to client care

• Good organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities

• Confidence using case management systems and standard Microsoft packages
