Salary 28142 - 32061 Per annum Fixed Term 31/03/2029 Full Time - 37 hours per week

Were looking for an enthusiastic and driven Family Hubs Navigator to join our Chorley team - playing a vital role in connecting children young people and families to the right services at the right time.
This is a dynamic and people-focused role at the heart of the Family Hubs Network where your work will directly shape how families experience support in Chorley.
You will:
- Act as a key point of contact for families offering guidance signposting and support into Early Help services
- Promote and increase access to inclusive Family Hubs and community services
- Lead the development of vibrant One Stop Shop Family Hub offers tailored to local needs
- Manage and support Delivery Centre Support Workers to create welcoming high-quality inclusive Family Hubs
- Take ownership of digital engagement ensuring websites social media and booking systems are accessible up-to-date and engaging
Youll be both a connector and a leader ensuring families feel supported heard and empowered.
