Hours: 37.5 per week / Monday-Friday
Job Type: Permanent / Full Time
Location: London Office - Fully onsite role
This is an Office based role with flexibility of WFH 1 day per week

Purpose of the Role:
- Provide expert support and guidance across the EMEA Family Care Programme.
- Manage complex parenting leave cases ensuring accurate advice compliance and a positive employee experience.
- Partner with HR teams and stakeholders across multiple countries to deliver high-quality case management and programme support.
- Drive continuous improvement maintain programme resources and support key Family Care initiatives across the EMEA region.

Key Accountabilities
- Provide expert support across the EMEA Family Care Programme.
- Manage complex parenting leave cases and policy queries across multiple countries.
- Ensure accurate case management compliance and timely resolution of escalations.
- Partner with HR and key stakeholders to support employees and improve the programme.
- Maintain EMEA resources support projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues while delivering an excellent employee experience.
Essential / Desired Experience and Qualifications
- EMEA HR advisory experience including complex and sensitive case management (Essential)
- Knowledge of EMEA leave policies and multi-country HR processes (Essential)
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment (Essential)
- Strong communication organisation and stakeholder management skills (Essential)
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) (Essential)
- Experience supporting EMEA-wide projects (Desirable)
- Proactive collaborative and solutions-focused approach (Desirable)
