The Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of one or more facilities ensuring a safe efficient and well-maintained environment for occupants. This role oversees facility services vendor and contract management budgeting compliance maintenance programs and team leadership while delivering high levels of customer service and operational excellence.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily facility operations including maintenance engineering custodial and site services.
Oversee vendor contracts service delivery compliance and cost management.
Ensure facilities are maintained to operational safety and appearance standards.
Respond to occupant requests and drive service excellence in line with SLAs.
Manage budgets forecasts purchase orders and financial reporting.
Maintain compliance with company policies regulations safety standards and insurance requirements.
Support capital projects facility improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Lead coach and develop facility team members.
Monitor and report on operational performance and continuous improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Business Engineering or a related field preferred.
57 years of facilities property or building management experience in a commercial or corporate environment.
Experience managing vendors contracts budgets and building operations.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and facility management systems; CMMS experience preferred.
Industry certifications (CFM IFMA BOMA) are a plus.
