What Youll Be Doing
As our Facilities Supervisor youll lead the day-to-day facilities operation at our Glasgow site ensuring our laboratories equipment and infrastructure remain safe compliant and running efficiently. Youll work closely with laboratory quality and operational teams while supervising a small facilities team and managing contractors to deliver a high standard of site support.
- Coordinate maintenance repairs and contractor activities across the site
- Lead support and develop the Facilities team
- Ensure compliance with GMP GLP Health & Safety and quality requirements
- Oversee building infrastructure statutory inspections and business continuity activities
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to minimise disruption and support site operations
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- Experience in facility management building maintenance or a similar operational environment.
- Previous experience leading supervising and performance-managing a team.
- Strong communication organizational IT and stakeholder-management skills with attention to detail and audit readiness.
- Knowledge of regulatory quality and health & safety requirements; experience in a regulated environment is advantageous.
- Secondary education required; facility management HSE supervisory (e.g. ILM) or trade qualifications (electrical plumbing joinery) are desirable.
