Starting in September 2026 youll become a key member of the schools support team helping to create a safe secure and welcoming environment where children can learn and staff can thrive. From overseeing contractors and maintaining the buildings to ensuring health and safety standards are met no two days are ever quite the same.

What Youll Be Doing

As Site Manager youll take overall responsibility for the upkeep and day-to-day operation of the schools buildings and grounds.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Opening and securing the school site each day

  • Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs

  • Coordinating contractors and monitoring maintenance projects

  • Managing planned preventative maintenance schedules

  • Completing health and safety fire safety and compliance checks

  • Maintaining the schools grounds and outdoor spaces

  • Preparing classrooms and communal areas for school events

  • Ensuring the site remains safe clean and well presented throughout the year
