A well-established secondary school in Sale is seeking a reliable and proactive Facilities Officer to join its premises team on a full-time permanent basis with an ASAP start.

Reporting to the Site Manager youll support the day-to-day management of the school site and help deliver an efficient facilities service across the campus.
Key responsibilities include:
Opening and closing the school buildings when required
Carrying out routine maintenance repairs and basic decorating
Responding to maintenance requests from staff across the school
Assisting with planned preventative maintenance programmes
Completing regular Health & Safety inspections and compliance checks
Supporting fire safety legionella asbestos and security procedures
Supervising contractors and ensuring works are completed safely
Setting up classrooms halls and outdoor spaces for examinations events and school activities
Maintaining the presentation of the school buildings and grounds throughout the year
