Job Summary

What Youll Be Doing

Youll play a key role in keeping our Glasgow site running smoothly supporting everything from facilities and maintenance activities to compliance and contractor management. Working closely with laboratory quality and operational teams youll help create a safe efficient and well-maintained environment that enables our scientists to deliver high-quality work for our clients.

  • Coordinate facility maintenance repairs and contractor visits
  • Support building laboratory and equipment-related activities
  • Raise purchase orders and manage facility-related procurement
  • Assist with GMP/GLP compliance SOPs inspections CAPAs and documentation
  • Help ensure high standards of health & safety security and business continuity
  • Work closely with site teams to continuously improve facilities and operations

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in facilities maintenance compliance or a regulated environment
  • Strong organisation communication and IT skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and coordinate contractors
  • Experience with procurement health & safety or facilities activities is beneficial

Ideal Backgrounds

Facilities Coordinator Facilities Assistant Maintenance Coordinator Health & Safety Administrator Quality/Compliance Administrator Laboratory Support or Operations Support.
