Olive Academies - Suffolkare seeking ahighly efficient Facilities Assistant who will be responsible for the security ongoing maintenance safety and cleanliness of the educational buildings and grounds.

Responsibilities will include:

Site Maintenance and Compliance: maintain buildings and grounds through repairs housekeeping routines landscaping fault log completion basic plumbing/carpentry tasks and management of compliance areas such as PAT testing water systems access control and boiler servicing.

Safeguarding and Safety: prioritise pupil and staff safety through secure site access regular fire and H&S checks incident recording contractor safeguarding checks and appropriate emergency responses (including first aid).

Facilities and Operations Management: oversee cleaning services manage deliveries ensure effective heating and building functionality and maintain an environment that supports both efficient staff working and highquality learning.

Support for School Functioning: Contribute to the smooth running of the school by assisting with operational tasks and pupil welfare needs where required including duties such as minibus driving.
