EYFS Learning Support Assistant
Job Summary
Southgate Primary School are seeking a caring and enthusiastic EYFS Learning Assistant Level 2 to join our early years team and help create a nurturing engaging environment where every child can thrive.
Your Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting young childrens learning and development through play ensuring their safety and well-being and making a meaningful difference in their early educational journey. Working closely with our EYFS Leader and team you will play a key role in delivering high-quality learning experiences supporting individual children as a key worker and contributing to a positive and inclusive school community.
What were looking for:
- A good general education including GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C or above).
- Completion of a Level 2 childcare qualification (level 3 would be desirable but not essential)
- Up to date safeguarding training
- Good understanding of the importance of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage
This role is perfect for someone who is dedicated patient and enthusiastic about helping students reach their full potential within a supportive school environment.

Actual Salary: 20715.94
Hours: Term Time Only (39 Weeks) - 36.25hrs per week
