Were working with an outstanding 5 Star luxury hotel in London that is looking for an Executive Sous Chef to join its senior culinary team.

This is an exciting newly created position within a large multi-outlet operation working closely with the Executive Chef to oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchens while helping shape the future direction of the hotels food offering.

Theyre looking for a progressive and highly motivated chef who combines exceptional operational standards with creativity strong leadership and a genuine passion for developing people.

Responsibilities as an Executive Sous Chef

• Supporting the Executive Chef with the day-to-day leadership of the hotels extensive kitchen operation
• Overseeing standards consistency and performance across multiple restaurants banqueting and wider F&B outlets
• Playing a key role in developing and elevating the hotels banqueting offering
• Leading motivating and developing a large and diverse team of chefs
• Supporting future culinary projects while bringing fresh ideas and creativity to the operation

A strong 5 Star luxury hotel background is essential alongside experience within a sizeable and complex kitchen operation. Theyre looking for someone organised proactive and detail-focused who naturally takes ownership and leads with a calm professional and positive approach.
