GM Packaging is looking for a sharp ambitious and highly organised Executive Assistant to become the right-hand person to our Managing Director.

This isnt a role for someone who wants to sit back and wait for instructions. Were looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving environment thinks on their feet and gets things done.

Perfect for a graduate-calibre candidate who has gained some experience in an EA PA commercial support or business administration role and is now looking for a career-defining opportunity at the heart of a growing business.

What makes this role different

Youll be involved in far more than diary management.

One minute youll be coordinating key meetings and travel arrangements the next youll be supporting commercial projects analysing customer spend managing CRM activity helping implement new systems sourcing quotations and ensuring critical business initiatives stay on track. Youll be exposed to every part of the business and work closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Managing the MDs diary meetings and travel
• Supporting commercial and operational projects
• Managing CRM activity and follow-up actions
• Producing reports presentations and business communications
• Coordinating meetings and taking minutes
• Supporting customer analysis pricing projects and business improvement initiatives
• Helping drive key implementation and systems projects across the business
