Your role

Youll play a central role in keeping the executive office running effectively supporting up to two members of the Executive Leadership Team. Youll manage complex and often shifting priorities ensuring diaries are aligned and meetings are purposeful and well prepared.

Beyond day-to-day coordination youll contribute to the flow of information across the businesshandling communications preparing briefings and carrying out research and analysis to support decision-making. Youll work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation and adapt your support as priorities evolve helping ensure the executive team can focus on delivering against long-term objectives.

• Highly organised with experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
• Confident managing complex diaries and coordinating competing priorities
• Able to prepare and administer meetings so they run efficiently and add value
• Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Clear and effective communicator including drafting and managing communications on behalf of senior stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail with good judgement when carrying out research and analysis
• Proactive in anticipating needs and resolving issues before they arise
• Adaptable with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and respond to changing priorities

Interview process

We understand that taking time to prepare for and to attend interviews is a big commitment and want the process to be as transparent as possible.

You can expect the following process from us:

• A short introductory phone call from our Talent Acquisition Advisor.
• A formal 1st Stage Teams interview with the Hiring Manager and the Talent Acquisition Manager usually on Teams.
• A short chat (Teams/In-person TBC) interview with the Executive Directors you will be supporting.
