Your role:

As an Events Executive you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of events across in-person hybrid and digital formats ensuring they meet agreed objectives budgets quality standards and KPIs. This includes planning and scoping each event with stakeholders managing logistics and execution and overseeing the full event experience to ensure a seamless and high-quality delivery.

You will be responsible for programme delivery budget management and supplier coordination including negotiating contracts raising purchase orders and tracking spend. Alongside this you will manage speakers partners and delegates - ensuring clear timely communication running briefings and dry runs and maintaining strong engagement throughout the event lifecycle.

A key part of the role involves using and supporting event systems and platforms including CRM tools and digital delivery platforms while ensuring effective integration into event workflows. You will also lead on registration processes event communications and inbox management using insights and data to track performance against KPIs and continuously improve future events.

Working in a fast-paced environment you will contribute to innovation and process improvement identifying opportunities to enhance delivery and delegate experience. You will collaborate with the wider team to refine ways of working support event delivery where needed and maintain a flexible approach to meet business and event demands.

  • You are tech-savvy and adaptable using systems and data to enhance delivery track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • You bring a creative and innovative mindset introducing new and engaging ideas to enhance the delivery programme and elevate the overall event experience.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment bringing energy flexibility and a mindset focused on continuous improvement and enhancing the overall event experience.

Interview process:

  • A short introductory phone call from our Talent Acquisition Advisor.
  • A formal 1st Stage Teams interview with the Events Manager and the Membership Team Member.
  • A formal 2nd Stage (In-person) interview with leadership representatives of the Membership teams.
