A Surreybased events agency is seeking a proactive and organised Event Assistant to support the delivery of live and virtual corporate events. This role involves coordinating logistics researching venues managing suppliers assisting with client communications preparing on-site materials and supporting event delivery both remotely and on-site. Its ideal for someone with at least two years event experience who enjoys fastpaced project work has strong administrative skills and is confident juggling multiple tasks across different stages of event production.

Responsibilities

  • Event logistics Support coordination of travel accommodation and supplier liaison.

  • Venue research Source venues and maintain supplier communication.

  • Project admin Manage updates trackers documentation and client communications.

  • Budget support Assist with expenses logging tracking and reconciliations.

  • Document preparation Proofread format and prepare presentations and event materials.

  • Onsite preparation Pack kit boxes collate badges and organise onsite documentation.

  • Onsite delivery Support setup live sessions and troubleshooting.

  • Content creation Create case studies newsletters and social content (depending on experience).

  • Website/social updates Manage company website and social channels (if relevant).

Job requirements
