WHAT YOULL BE DOING

• Ensuring customer satisfaction in the repair and painting of motor vehicles of all types
• Carrying out all work in a safe and economical manner
• Observing recognising and reporting on vehicle structure and paintwork
• Interpreting and implementing technical instruction data
• Accurately using paint mixing schemes and drying areas and equipment
• Making sure vehicles meet safety standards before theyre returned to customers or reporting and noting any faults on the job card
• Achieving manufacturer and/or estimated repair and paint times
• Reporting all faults and defects noticed while working on vehicles

WHAT YOULL BRING

• ATA or NVQ Level 3
• Good communication skills
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Good Health and Safety knowledge and awareness
• Good time management skills
• Relevant industry experience and time served as a repair technician
