As aHousekeepingEvening Office Coordinatoryoull love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:
- Manage room allocation for the evening room attendant
- Managing the workload for the evening house porter andensuring all his tasks are completed
- Closing Jobs in the system ( Nexus) allocations removaland setting up for the morning shift
- Preparing the floor supervisor task list with all thestatuses and room requests
- Follow up on Nexus cases
- Carry out administrative task such as handoverpreparation for the Morning Office Coordinator
- Dealing with guest phone calls and queries
- Ensurefrequent communication with the Front Office Coordinator in regards to roomallocation departures priority rooms and out of service/ out of order rooms.

What youll bring
- Previous experience in a 5 star hotel environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office Nexus and Opera
