Evening Cleaning Operative – Llandudno – 13.45 per Hour

Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a reliable Cleaning Operative to provide evening cleaning cover at a site in Llandudno.

This is a part-time position working 1.5 hours per evening Monday to Friday with no weekend work required.

• Monday: 17:0018:30 1.5 hours
  
• Tuesday: 17:0018:30 1.5 hours
  
• Wednesday: 17:0018:30 1.5 hours
  
• Thursday: 17:0018:30 1.5 hours
  
• Friday: 17:0018:30 1.5 hours
  

Total: 7.5 hours per week

• General cleaning of the premises
  
• Sweeping mopping and vacuuming floors
  
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste
  
• Cleaning and sanitising toilets
  
• Wiping and polishing surfaces
  
• Cleaning kitchen and welfare areas
  
• Cleaning high-touch areas
  
• Ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard
  

• Previous cleaning experience preferred
  
• Reliable and punctual
  
• Comfortable working independently and lone working
  
• Comfortable acting as a key holder
  
• Comfortable using an alarm panel where applicable
  
• Able to reliably travel to Llandudno LL30 2WY for the 17:00 start
  
• Valid Right to Work documentation must be presented at induction
  
• Candidates must use a telephone Time & Attendance system to clock in and out of every shift
  

13.45 per hour

This is an immediate-start temporary position currently expected to run until 27th October 2026.
