Strong track record in new build offering value engineering and fast-track programmes backed by their own directly employed workforce with every project covered by a minimum 10-year guarantee.
Job Info:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for flat roofing packages on new construction projects within the Education sector on schemes typically valued between 250k and 1m. Analyse drawings specifications and tender documents produce detailed cost packs and bills of quantities issue variation orders and maintain accurate records. Work closely with the operations team and build strong client relationships to secure repeat business. Hybrid role based between the office and remote working.
Requirements:
3 years experience in flat roof estimating ideally on new build projects
Sound understanding of design construction and logistical considerations for new build flat roofing particularly within education or similarly regulated sectors
High level of accuracy and attention to detail with a professional approachable attitude
