We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Estate Cleaning Operative to maintain a clean and hygienic Estate/Campus. Your role will be essential in ensuring a comfortable environment for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Estate Cleaning (Jet Washing Machine Cleaning Dusting Furniture cleaning Litter Picking Assisting with furniture relocation)
Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
Sanitizing high-touch surfaces such as door handles light switches entrance doors and frames
Cleaning restrooms and replenishing supplies (Loading Bays)
Maintaining cleaning supplies and reporting any shortages
Following health and safety procedures
Requirements:
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Understanding of health & safety guidelines
Experience with cleaning machinery (Jet Washing Scrubber Drier Sweepers and Leaf blowers/vacuums)
