• Support the ESS Sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
• Assist in preparing professional quotations compelling presentations and polished sales documents that represent Sungrow at its best.
• Conduct market and competitor research to help the team stay sharp informed and one step ahead.
• Maintain accurate customer information and keep CRM records up to date ensuring our data is always clean and actionable.
• Coordinate internal communication across teams and diligently follow up on action items to keep projects moving forward.
• Bring your energy curiosity and can-do attitude to a fast-paced international greentech environment.

Alright alright - that sounded pretty exciting didnt it Now to truly thrive in this role and grow with us for the long run your ideal background should look a lot like this:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Economics Engineering or a related field - youre a learner at heart.
• First experience in a sales commercial or administrative environment is a plus (internships count!).
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience is a bonus.
• Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail - you dont let things slip through the cracks.
• A proactive team-oriented mindset with great communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
• English C1 proficiency is required; additional European languages are a plus.
