ER and Wellbeing Advisor
Job Summary
As the ER and Wellbeing Advisor for Catch22 you will provide expert practical and risk-aware support to managers and colleagues ensuring employee relations and wellbeing issues are managed fairly lawfully and in line with Catch22s values.
As part of this role you will also work collaboratively across the People Team supporting the Strategic People Partners as and when required particularly in the areas of bids TUPE and redundancy.
You will be required to hold a caseload of ER cases and log all queries creating relevant files and escalating where appropriate.
Other duties will involve monitoring and carrying out sickness reviews for employees and liaising with Occupational Health. Supporting managers with complex sickness absence and health related capability matters and supporting conflict resolution through facilitating difficult conversations.

Qualifications :
As the ER and Wellbeing Advisor you will need:-
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience in a people operations team
- Level 2 English and Maths
- Experience working with HR information and Case Management systems and Microsoft Office - Word and Excel.
- Ability to build and develop good working relationships and work independently and collaboratively.

Salary: Up to 35500 per annum
Hours: 37 hours a week
Contract: This role is permanent.
Location: Rectory Lodge High Street Brasted. We can offer Hybrid working in this role however a minimum of 2 days must be worked in the Brasted office. Equipment required to work from home will be supplied.
Access to your own means of transportation would be beneficial as the local bus service is unfortunately not very frequent or reliable. We recommend you research your potential commute ahead of applying. On-site parking is available for staff.
