As a Vice President in Program Trading you will join a market-leading team focused on executing equity programs trading index rebalances and focusing on international CIBs. You will partner with Product Trading Sales and Technology teams to provide a full suite of liquidity solutions anticipate and mitigate risks and contribute to the automation and improvement of our technology platform. You will play a key role in building client relationships and supporting the teams strategic growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute equity programs and index rebalances for institutional clients
• Play an integral role in the build out and the growth of our international CIBs offering and capabilities
• Partner with Product Trading Sales and Technology teams to deliver innovative solutions
• Anticipate and mitigate risks through operational excellence reducing error P&L and maintaining reputational integrity
• Contribute to the improvement and automation of the technology platform
• Adapt communication styles to connect effectively with a wide variety of seniorities and disciplines
• Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality client service

This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness propriety knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
