We are recruiting for a leading organisation in Belfast City Centre who are seeking a dedicated EDI Manager to develop deliver and embed a robust Equality Diversity and Inclusion strategy across the organisation.
This is a full-time permanent role (36 hours per week) offering a unique opportunity to lead EDI initiatives influence organisational culture and support senior leadership in achieving meaningful measurable change.

The Role
Lead the ongoing development and delivery of the organisations EDI strategy
Manage EDI projects initiatives and employee networks ensuring alignment with business objectives
Act as the EDI advisor across HR Employee Relations and Resourcing
Develop policies procedures and training programmes to embed EDI principles
Monitor compliance and statutory reporting including Section 75 Article 55 and Equality Commission returns
Benchmark against best practice and provide insight on legislative changes and EDI trends
Support senior management and board reporting ensuring engagement and buy-in for EDI initiatives
Coordinate external partnerships to strengthen organisational EDI delivery
Provide guidance on recruitment and selection processes to ensure inclusivity and fairness
Manage EDI budgets and oversee initiatives to drive measurable impact
The Person
Minimum 3 years experience in an HR or EDI management role
Experience leading EDI initiatives projects and employee networks
Strong knowledge of employment equality legislation in Northern Ireland
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver cultural change
Excellent communication presentation and analytical skills
CIPD membership or relevant HR/EDI qualification desirable
Strong organisational and project management skills
Passionate about diversity inclusion and organisational culture
