Entry level Recruitment role

Location: Reading (5 days a week in-office)
Basic Salary: Up to 25000 Uncapped Commission (up to 30% paid monthly)

This is a 360 recruitment role in a new business sales environment. That means youll learn how to build your own client base find and manage top talent and run your own recruitment desk like its your own business. Expect a healthy mix of sales sourcing client relationship building and candidate management.

• Building client relationships through outbound calls meetings and networking

• Writing job adverts and sourcing top candidates

• Managing the full recruitment process from initial brief to placement

• Hitting (and smashing) targets to unlock commission and prizes

• Becoming an expert in your market and owning your patch

You dont need recruitment experience but you DO need to bring:

• Either 24 months experience in sales or retail
  OR

• A degree consistent part-time work or summer jobs
  OR

• A competitive background (sporting achievements leadership roles etc.)

And most importantly youll be:
