Job Summary

This is a remote position.

BagginsHQ is an international technology company providing software development mobile applications websites digital marketing corporate email hosting live streaming Baggins TV and other business technology solutions to organizations across multiple industries.

We are expanding our Enterprise Sales Team and are looking for experienced professionals who can build relationships with decision-makers and consistently close high-value business opportunities.

This is not an entry-level sales position. It is designed for experienced sales professionals who are confident in selling business solutions creating long-term client relationships and generating significant recurring revenue.


Position Summary

As an Enterprise Sales Executive your primary responsibility is to identify engage and close new business opportunities for BagginsHQs portfolio of technology services.

You will work with business owners executives corporate organizations NGOs educational institutions government agencies healthcare providers hospitality businesses financial institutions and other organizations requiring professional technology solutions.

This role is ideal for professionals who are building a long-term sales career and are motivated by performance-based growth rather than guaranteed income.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Prospect corporate organizations and decision-makers.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual or physical sales meetings.
  • Present BagginsHQ solutions professionally.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM.
  • Build long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly recurring revenue targets.
  • Represent BagginsHQ professionally at all times.

Minimum Requirements

Required

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B Enterprise Sales Business Development or Technology Sales experience.
  • Proven history of closing high-value business deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Professional spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable working remotely.
  • Reliable internet connection.

Compensation Structure

Stage 1 Enterprise Sales Executive

  • 10% commission on every verified sale
  • No earning cap
  • Commission is paid regardless of future milestones.

Stage 2 Performance Facilitation

After generating and maintaining USD 1000 in verified monthly recurring revenue you unlock:

  • USD 250 monthly facilitation
  • You continue earning your normal commissions.

Stage 3 Enterprise Performance Retainer

After consistently achieving USD 6000 in verified monthly recurring revenue (for the required evaluation period) you unlock:

  • USD 1500 monthly performance retainer
  • Your 10% commission continues on every verified sale.
  • The retainer is maintained by consistently meeting the companys ongoing performance requirements.

This is a performance-based career progression not a guaranteed salary.
