About the role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow key enterprise accounts in the Unified Communications Telecom IT and SaaS space. This is a remote role based in London.
What youll do
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Build relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Drive renewals upsells and new business within accounts
- Collaborate with sales engineering and customer success
- Forecast and report on account performance
What were looking for
Essential
- 5 years of enterprise account management or sales experience
- Background in Unified Communications Telecom IT or SaaS
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Based in London UK
Nice to have
- Existing network in UK enterprise accounts
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot)
