Inside Sales Executive Cross Trades

Full time permanent

We are looking for a confident motivated and commercially aware individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong communication and relationship-building skills be highly organised and enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and customers across a global network. A proactive and customer-focused approach is essential along with a desire to contribute to the continued success of MSCs Cross Trades business.

How you will help us and what you can expect

Timely and accurate processing of quotations and tenders with on-going account monitoring.
Drive to build relationships and develop volume with current client base while increasing the portfolio of accounts with new customers.
Use in-house systems such as TMS Link & the One Vision Platform (OVQ CRM OVPricing).
A proactive attitude to solving business issues working closely and collaborating with MSC offices around the world.
Contribute to a positive work climate through a flexible attitude to work supporting colleagues and living MSCs brand values.

Qualifications and Experience:

Skills and experience youll bring to us

Excellent attention to detail which is essential in this role.
Experience within the container shipping or wider logistics industry is highly desirable.
Resilient under pressure with the ability to prioritise workloads and deliver to tight deadlines.
Confident communicator with the ability to build close working relationships with internal teams MSC overseas offices and customers.
Strong IT skills especially in the Outlook Excel PowerPoint Word & PowerBI programmes.
Team player with a strong work ethic and a proactive solutions-focused mindset and with a positive can-do attitude.
