Micro1 is looking for native English speakers from Ireland Australia and the United Kingdom to join an AI training project focused on evaluating English audio recordings.

In this role youll use your knowledge of natural speech pronunciation regional accents fluency and language to evaluate audio content and provide accurate structured feedback. Your expertise will help improve the quality and performance of next-generation AI systems.

No prior AI experience is required. Your native-level English proficiency and understanding of natural speech are the most important qualifications.

• Listen to and evaluate short English audio recordings.
• Assess whether speech sounds natural and native to the speakers target accent or region.
• Evaluate pronunciation accent fluency tone and natural speech patterns.
• Identify inconsistencies unnatural phrasing or other issues in spoken English.
• Provide clear concise and structured feedback on audio recordings.
• Follow project guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Complete assigned tasks independently while maintaining a high standard of quality.

• Native-level English proficiency with strong knowledge of your regional English accent.
• Strong understanding of pronunciation and natural speech patterns.
• Excellent listening and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to provide clear written feedback in English.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Experience in voice coaching voice-over or speech analysis.
• Background in music audio engineering or sound production.
• Experience in linguistics phonetics language teaching media or communications.
• Previous experience analyzing or evaluating speech or audio recordings.
